- My favourite Romantic piece is Chopin's Prelude no. 24, "Storm". I find it profoundly emotional and wonder, why it is so underrated Prelude.

- I dont think this belongs to the romantic period, but I would like to include Rhapsody on the Theme of Paganini by Sergie Rachmaninoff on this list. That has been one of my absolute favorites.
