Aaron Green is a writer and avid classical music lover with over 10 years of classical performance experience.
Experience:
Aaron has over a decade of solo and ensemble performance experience in both a choral and symphonic setting. He has performed in the chorus of many great masterworks including Beethovens 9th Symphony with the New York Philharmonic conducted by Lorin Maazel at Avery Fisher Hall, Berliozs Sara la Baigneuse conducted by Sir Colin Davis, Beethovens Missa Solemnis, Handels Messiah with the New York Philharmonic, Brahms' Ein Deutsches Requiem with the Dresden Philharmonic conducted by Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, and Faures Cantique de Jean Racine at the National Cathedral. In addition to singing, Aaron has studied piano and violin.
Education:
Aaron completed the NEA Arts Journalism Institute in Classical Music and Opera at Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism. He graduated cum laude from Westminster Choir College of Rider University with a Bachelor of Arts in music degree, during which he studied vocal performance with world-renowned baritone Elem Eley. Aaron has additionally studied with Millicent Daugherty at Music Arts Institute in Independence, Missouri.
