Music Job Prospect - Anchorage Symphony Auditons

On September 19th and 21st, the Anchorage Symphony will hold auditions for interested musicians at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts.  ASO music director, Randy Fleischer and principal players from each section of the orchestra will listen to each audition.  Currently they are looking to fill permanent positions including Bassoon II, Assistant Principal Cello, Assistant Principal Violin II, as well as section musicians for violin I and II, viola, and cello.  The ASO is also looking to fill substitute positions in all instruments.  Auditions are by appointment only.  Contact the ASO for further information at (907) 274-8668 or visit the Anchorage Symphony Orchestra website.  Good luck!
