"Nessun Dorma" by Pavarotti

Luciano Pavarotti was certainly no one hit wonder, but for many people outside of the classical music world, it's his performance of "Nessun Dorma" that they know. Apart from his incredible "likeness" factor, there is one major reason why Pavarotti and "Nessun Dorma" are synonymous. Find out why.

Pavarotti never sang the role of the prince in Turandot; it is too heavy a part. However, this aria is his. The only one close is that of Franco Corelli, who was essentially self taught, and did play the role of the prince.
