Would you like to explore and experience the entire Met Player catalog, including the 20 HD presentations, more than 40 classic telecasts, and 150 historic audio broadcasts dating back to 1937? Well, you can now! The Metropolitan Opera recently opened an online video streaming service where you can watch every video in the Met's catalog with English subtitles. (Subtitles in French, German, and Spanish have recently been added to the current season’s HD productions on Met Player.) Though the service is not free, you can sign up for a seven-day free trial period and enjoy all the catalog has to offer before making a commitment... as long as you cancel before the seven day trial period. Or if you're not ready for a subscription, you can easily rent videos for the standard price of $3.99 for regular resolution or $4.99 for HD. For more information about the Met Player and its costs, visit the Metropolitan Opera's Met Player.
