What a great album to kick off the new month. Grammy Award winner Joshua Bell and the celebrated musicians of the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields come together on one album and perform spectacularly. Though the Four Seasons is ridiculously over performed and recorded, Bell's interpretation of this piece has really set the bar high. And Tartini's "Devil's Trill" Sonata proves once and for all that Bell may be the greatest violinist of our time. Read more...
